I build the AI and automation your team will actually use.

I'm Alexander Ramírez, a developer based in Langley, BC, working with local and international clients. I connect your business to AI, automate repetitive work and build custom systems, from first analysis to final testing.

Recent work: an ERP that runs a whole company, CAD quoting for stone fabricators and an AI front desk that answers calls.

Systems I've built for real businesses

For each one: the problem, what I built, and one thing worth knowing.

Xslabs

Slab inventory and quoting · Stone countertop fabricators

Problem
Purchase orders got re-typed, slabs arrived without a matching order, and cutters scrolled endless lists to find one slab.
What I built
Every slab tracked from purchase order to rack, AI-checked imports, and quotes priced straight from the customer's CAD drawing.

A camera measures leftover stone, so remnants can be sold instead of forgotten.

Devax AI front desk

Voice and SMS agents · Small businesses

Problem
Calls went unanswered after hours, leads went cold, and nobody wrote down what the caller wanted.
What I built
An AI receptionist that answers calls and texts, knows the business, books the meeting in Google Calendar and records every lead.

It also turns a short chat into a proposal the client can accept online.

Products, field apps and automations

LevelUp Life OS

My own product · Habits, fitness and money

Problem
Habits, workouts and budgets live in separate apps that are easy to abandon.
What I built
A role-playing game for real life: habits, workouts and spending earn XP and ranks from E to S.

AI workout plans drawn from a library of 1,300+ animated exercises.

Smaller builds

  • Commute LogAndroid

Logs every trip by itself, using background GPS and the car's Bluetooth.

  • RYASA messagingAndroid

A native app for the company's internal messages.

  • RYASA online storeWooCommerce

The company's first online store, later replaced by RYASA Hub.

  • Business automationsPython

Scripts for calendar data, contact lists, product PDFs and mileage.

Earlier: Java/Android, C++ and Python coursework projects.

What I do

Four kinds of work, each with a real example above.

  • AI that answers your customers

Voice, SMS and chat agents that reply day and night, book meetings and log every lead.

    Example: Devax AI front desk
  • Automation that removes the copy-paste

Invoices, spreadsheets and e-mails turned into clean records, so nobody retypes data.

    Example: RYASA Hub
  • One system for the whole business

ERP, CRM, inventory and quoting, built around how your team already works.

    Example: Xslabs
  • Custom web and mobile apps

Web apps, online stores and Android apps, with AI where it saves time.

    Example: LevelUp Life OS

How I work

Four stages, in order. You agree the scope before I build anything, so there are no surprises.

  1. Step 1

    Analysis

I learn how your team works today and where time and leads are lost.

  2. Step 2

    Solution design

I plan a practical solution, and you agree the scope before I build.

  3. Step 3

    Implementation

I build in small steps, so you see working software early and can steer it.

  4. Step 4

    Testing

I test against your real scenarios before anything goes live.

A developer who starts with your problem

I'm Alexander Ramírez, based in Langley, BC, near Vancouver. I build the systems I'd want to use myself: an ERP that runs a whole company, a quoting tool that reads CAD drawings, AI agents that pick up the phone.

I work directly with business owners and their teams, locally and abroad. Devax is my company: when a build is bigger, it's how I bring in extra hands.

What I work with

AI
OpenAI, Google Gemini and Vertex AI, ElevenLabs voice, knowledge bases, document and image extraction
Messaging
Twilio SMS and voice, WhatsApp, Gmail, push notifications
Business
Google Calendar, Maps and Drive, PayPal, Stripe, electronic invoicing
Build
React, TypeScript, Supabase and PostgreSQL, Android, Python, n8n
